W. Garrison Hunter III - CEO

Over 38 years experience in business as an officer, director and partner of companies he grew from inception and turned resulting in profitability. Garrison is extremely respected and well regarded in the community of Cape May County for knowledge in the trades, quality of work delivered via his employees, and his professional conduct in business.  Garrison is familiar with start up organizations and has made significant contributions and donations towards the development of SSMA.  Garrison will oversee the operational and financial aspects of the business and use additional earnings SSMA makes towards growth and expansion. Garrison will administer SSMA’s tax exempt requirements as required by the Federal Government

Stephen Hunter - CFO

Over 8 years years experience in business and presently holds a position as a Partner for Construction and Development Company established for over 30 years.  He will serve as the Chief Financial Officer of the organization and Treasurer.  Stephen’s role is important in developing business alliances and relationships post funding and prior to the opening of SSMA.  He will be responsible for establishing relationships with Insurance companies, Veterans Administration and other organizations that would benefit the use of the hospice and is vital to the success of SSMA. Thereafter, Stephen’s contributions to the company will be management of accounting operations.

Judith A. Hunter - Secretary and Administrator

Over 20 years as a Licensed Practical Nurse in the State of New Jersey and worked on the rescue squad as a full time Emergency Medical Technician.  Her role with SSMA is vital for she will be the Secretary of the Corporation, President and Administrator of SSMA.  A qualified Administrator is necessary to operate a licensed RHCF. Judith possesses a very pleasant and professional style which will make the residents, employees, volunteers and guests feel welcomed.

Robert Greco - Executive Director

Over 27 years experience owning, operating and managing RHCF and Nursing Homes.  Bob’s role with SSMA is that of an Executive Director.  He presently owns a for profit RHCF in Cape May County and his business would offer tremendous referrals to SSMA for his facility is at full capacity.  His experience and background is a significant contributor to the growth and management of SSMA and he has established contacts in the industry to streamline the process for SSMA.

Other Board Members

Daniel Dutton

Over 20 years as a Financial Advisor.  He holds a Series 6, Series 7 and Series 63 licenses for investment purposes.

Will Royster

Over 30 years experience in Construction and Telecommunications industries.  Will was a professional Baseball player for the Baltimore Orioles (for 12 years) and he can segue his athletic background to attract professional sports players to either contribute, donate or indirectly market South Seaville Manor Auxiliary for fund raising purposes.

John McCray

Over 25 years in building trade.  He presently owns two businesses as a real estate developer/investor and a martial arts studio.  He is well versed in the commercial and residential real estate markets more specifically in Cape May County.

Carrol  Hall

Over 20 years in Sales, Marketing and Business Development in the professional service industry with technology related clients. Carrol’s role with SSMA is obtaining grant funds and will participate in marketing SSMA.

The Staff

South Seaville Manor Auxiliary will staff the operation with the following individuals:
  • Registered Nurse - 15 minutes per week per resident for evaluations plus on call 24/7
  • Physician – On Call
  • Housekeeping – 8 hours per day / 7 days per week
  • Home Health Aide – 24 hours per day
  • Maintenance – 8 hours per day
  • Transportation Services – Available 8 hours per day
